Not sure which one you have? The model is printed on the box, and the app shows it under My Ring.
The first four steps, whichever ring you have
Charge it first
Plug the USB-C cable into the back of the charging case. Charge your ring fully, with the charger's lid open, before first use — this also calibrates the battery reading.
Installeer de app
Search "Circular ring" on the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and pair the ring.
Run the self-diagnostic
Settings > Self Diagnostic, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need a sheet of white paper.
Wear it, including at night
Sensor side under your finger, logo on top, non-dominant hand. Then give it two weeks to learn your baselines.
